Research, advocacy, publications and training on local socio-economic, governance, religious, environmental and cultural matters and devise strategies for sustainable development.

Offer specialized training programmes related to governance, gender, environment and other local development-related issues.

Project management, monitoring and evaluations

Organize research workshops, seminars and symposiums for academics, public and private practitioners to present, stimulate debate and disseminate knowledge and strategies for ensuring local sustainable development.

Disseminate knowledge through publications of solid academic research, policy briefs that inform practice and policy making.

Spearhead local sustainable development through implantation projects targeting the vulnerable groups in society.

Facilitate donations to communities, and raise funds for scholarships to vulnerable children and youths to attend primary, secondary and tertiary education.

Disseminate and clarify national, regional and international instruments that seek to promote and protect the rights of vulnerable groups in Zimbabwe.

Facilitate the implementation of indigenous knowledge systems in spearheading sustainable community development.

Offer advisory services as part of capacity building to local development research and advocacy institutions and individuals concerned with the preservation of tradition, culture, environment and good local governance.

Initiate and run various projects, and engage in meaningful income-generating activities and business ventures for the Trust, clients and beneficiaries.
